Forget to log your last trip to the gas station? Thought you had more money in your checking

account than you really did? No worries- thanks to Overdraft Protection*.

Abbey Credit Union’s Overdraft Privilege Program:

	Reduces or eliminates bounced checks or return checks from merchants. You are still responsible for the $30 bounced check/overdraft fee.
	Applies to written checks, in-person withdrawals, ATM withdrawals, on-line payments and other internet transactions, ACH items, and debit card purchases.
	Is FREE! Even if you don’t use it.
	Generally pays up to $500 of overdraft items.

Overdraft Privilege is automatic for all members; however, you may choose to opt out. For conditions of eligibility, visit one of Abbey’s branch lobbies in Vandalia or Troy and pick up an Overdraft Privilege Account Disclosure.

*Whether or not your overdrafts are paid is discretionary and Abbey reserves the right not to pay. Typically, we do not pay if your account is not in good standing, you are not making regular deposits, or you have had too many overdrafts.
